12-Month Break-Free Guarantee
Sweet shades without the stress! Your BukiBaby Sunglasses come with a 12-month Break-Free guarantee, meaning that if your sunglasses are broken within the first 12 months of purchase, we will replace them for free! Simply email info@bukibaby.com.
T&CS for 12-Month Break-Free Guarantee
- You must supply your original purchase receipt, either from www.bukibaby.com or one of our official stockists, showing the date of purchase.
- You must supply clear photos of the damaged sunglasses and explain how the damage occurred.
- Replacement sunglasses will be of the same style, size and colour as the original order. If an exact replacement is not available due to stock levels, a similar alternative will be offered.
- Once we have approved your Break-Free Guarantee claim, you will be sent an invoice to cover the shipping cost for your new pair.
- Your 12-month Break-Free Guarantee period begins at the time of your original purchase and does not restart if/when a replacement is issued.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for faulty products. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bukibaby.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Monetary refunds will only apply to damaged or faulty goods returned within 30 days.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item unused and undamaged in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Store credit or an exchange will be offered for change-of-mind returns.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost for returning items considered a change of mind return.
Please note: Sizing change is considered a change of mind return. The ages listed on product listings are suggestions only.
