Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for faulty products. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Cash refunds only apply for damaged or faulty goods. If you would like to return an item unused and undamaged in its original condition, a store credit can be applied, (return postage at your own expense).
